On a Friday morning we had issues with our hot water system. No hot water at all and it was approx 11 degrees and cold .Panicked I checked out online for plumbing reviews.Contacted one and later came . Quoted what I thought is a high amount and after consideration contacted the Tap Doctor for a second opinion.Compared to the first plumber - came alone , plain clothes with no business logo , had a look without a well explanation then quoted .I said I think about it and he walked away without looking back.Very unprofessional and abit suss I thought .The Tap Doctor came totally opposite experience .Two well presented came and walked me through the issue and what to do and provided quote.A new hot water system , quoted significantly less and installed a temporary unit and Monday a new HWS Rheem.Would recommend the Tap Doctor

Called Tap Doctor to check and service our old hot system. They came promptly at no charge and were very efficient. After checking the system we decided to have it replaced. We were given all relevant advice so we could make an informed choice and it was installed within the week. (Thankyou John A) I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We called Tap Doctor on the last minute because the previous plumber recommended by a friend missed his appointment to come. Therefore in urgent replacement, we found Tap Doctor on the internet with good review and also they did not charge for the call out fee, which was a plus for us when we were not sure the problem and was on a tight budget. The result was amazing and the friendly service was way beyond our expectations !! Not only did the Tap Doctor fixed our blockage issue but it also managed to fix our slow water flow from the hot water system !! The price was very good and my mum even received a pensioner discount, which was so great for Tap Doctor to look after the old people in the time where everything became expensive and high expenses. We will now highly recommend Tap Doctor to all our neighbors as most of them were elderly people. Thank you once again Tap Doctor for making our day beautiful again !!
I contacted Tap Doctor after our kitchen mixer tap started to leak. Steve was able to come out the following day and after determining it was not able to be repaired, had a good range of replacement taps for me to choose from. His advice was appreciated and the range of costs also appreciated. It was replaced quickly and efficiently. Once again the Tap Doctor was so easy to deal with!
Urgent job required on Friday arvo. They were on time, both Josh and his mate courteous and helpful. Job fixed within the hour. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use them again.

Called Tap Doctor plumber for my elderly brother. The employer was courteous and professional. He listened, problem solved and did a brilliant job. Thank you so much!
Mitch was great and knew his job well. He found that my water pressure was double what it should have been and told me that Insurance wouldnt cover any damage if that was the cause of burst pipes. He rectified the problem.
Hot water system replacement was great, gave us different priced options and was on time.
I got home late afternoon to find the hot water system leaking quite badly. Called Tap Doctor and Carl came out first thing the next morning. Replaced the unit and ensure all hot water taps were working. Very friendly and approachable, highly recommend!
Tap Doctor came out and installed our new dishwasher. Did a great job and also fixed our inlet tap as it was faulty, we thought it was one of the issues with the old dishwasher but nope noise wasn't normal so checked it out and he replaced it and now as quiet as a mouse. The price was very reasonable for the work.Thanks guys great job would recommend you without hesitation.
